Romain Grosjean has warned Haas that 'avoidable' situations such as their Spanish GP clash could cost the team championship positions. Grosjean and team-mate Kevin Magnussen traded paint late in the Spanish Grand Prix as they fought over seventh place. Magnussen would go onto finish seventh while Grosjean, who twice ran off the track in their battle, finished P10. Guenther Steiner was quick to speak to his drivers, hoping to avoid future niggles.
