Toro Rosso’s Franz Tost: “We know we could have achieved more today”

Daniil Kvyat finished ninth and Alexander Albon eleventh in the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday, but Franz Tost felt both should have finished higher but for a pit stop miscommunication.
