Seidl Acknowledges Haas, Toro Rosso had Stronger Pace than McLaren in Spain

Despite feeling Haas and Toro Rosso had better pace than McLaren at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Andreas Seidl was pleased to see Carlos Sainz Jr. get amongst them to finish eighth on Sunday.
