Toro Rosso counting missed opportunities – Albon

Alexander Albon accepts Toro Rosso is currently counting the cost of missed points from the opening four rounds but remains confident the team’s package can claw back the deficit on the return to Europe. Despite being regular Q3 contenders and showing the pace to fight in the midfield battle, Toro Rosso has collected just four points from the opening four rounds of the 2019 Formula 1 campaign which leaves the Italian squad second bottom in the standings. Albon, who just missed out on points in 11th place at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, says a culmination of incidents have prevented the team from bigger results despite having the pace to challenge for the top 10 spots.
