Mattia Binotto believes Ferrari can still compete for the Championship

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto believes that his team are still very much in the competition for the Championship despite their slow start to the season. Mercedes have been the dominant team so far winning every race with a one-two so far but Ferrari look set to make a comeback.
