Ferrari risk overloading Binotto says Berger

Former Ferrari driver Gerhard Berger believes the team risk overloading team principal Mattia Binotto with responsibilities.  Binotto was promoted into the position for the 2019 season from his previous role of technical director to replace Maurizio Arrivabene.
