Daniil Kvyat claims the Chinese Grand Prix stewards agree that the penalty imposed on him for his first lap crash with both McLarens was 'quite harsh'. The Torpedo returned to Formula 1 action on Sunday as Kvyat hit both Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris at the start of the Chinese Grand Prix.
