George Russell reveals a special helmet design for 1000th Formula 1 race
George Russell has revealed a Juan Pablo Montoya-inspired helmet for the 1000th Formula 1 race in China this weekend. Drivers and teams are all celebrating the iconic moment for Formula 1 by adding bits to their helmets and cars. Russell has decided to change his design and his helmet will be split with half of it being his normal colours and the other half being the colours of Juan Pablo Montoya. “When I first started karting I copied the helmet of my brother when he was karting before,” Russell said via RaceFans.net. “And it was inspired, his helmet design, from Montoya.
