Monaco begins its annual transformation

Every year, over a period of just six weeks, Monte Carlo undertakes the staggering feat of setting up its decorum, including the installation of more than 21 kilometers of barriers and 20,000 square meters of fencing. It's all done through a swift and routine process, with a minimum of disruption for Monaco's residents. And after the race weekend, it's all taken apart and put into storage for ten months.
