Roger Penske turns 82 today, but this legendary figure of motorsport continues to power on! Penske's incredible legacy as a team owner is matched only by his outstanding success as a business entrepreneur. Almost every other Sunday, the 'Captain' can be found on the pit wall of an American race track somewhere, surveying his team and drivers, devising race strategies and getting the job of winning done.
