Alfa Romeo Racing has unveiled their 2019 challenger, the C38 in its full livery the Barcelona-Catalunya pit-lane, the first Formula 1 car to fall under the Italian marque’s organisation since 1985. Alfa Romeo returned to Formula 1 as title sponsor to Sauber in 2018 and the operation finished eighth in the Constructors’ Championship. The Hinwil-based team was rejuvenated by fresh investment, a recruitment drive, and the aforementioned link with Alfa Romeo, having emerged from years of on- and off-track troubles.
