Renault aiming "to get closer to the best"
Renault are set for life with Daniel Ricciardo leading the way in 2019 and Alain Prost is confident for the upcoming season for the French team. The team don’t have a ‘junior’ team whereas their competitors have obvious links to bigger teams, Red Bull and Toro Rosso to name one. However, Prost does not see this as an issue and he told Ouest France newspaper: “I don't think it's a problem. "It's more about the drivers. “With Toro Rosso, Red Bull has managed to have Vettel, Ricciardo, Verstappen, so we may have a handicap in relation to that.
