Mario Isola is against enforcing two pit stops per race

Pirelli F1 boss Mario Isola has stated that introducing a mandatory two pit stops per race is not the right option.   Isola believes that imposing a two-stop race is not the right option to make races more exciting.   “There was a lot of talk about imposing two stops by regulation,” Isola told Reuters in an interview at the Autosport International show. “I’m not sure that is the right solution because you have the risk of all the cars stopping on the same lap,” added the Italian.
