George Russell going through some serious training for next season
George Russell has been going through some seriously tough training sessions to strengthen his neck in preparation for the 2019 season. See the video down below. Russell is preparing for his debut season in Formula 1 having won the Formula 2 championship. Russell is set to drive alongside returning Formula 1 driver Robert Kubica and it will be interesting to see which one of these two drivers will establish themselves as being the quickest at Williams. In the video below, Russell is filmed performing a tough neck exercise which is used to replicate the force experienced whilst driving.
