New front wings will improving racing more than fuel limit - Lowe

Williams chief technical officer Paddy Lowe has defended the changes that are set to happen for the 2019 season; claiming they will definitely improve racing. New regulations are being put in place for the '19 season, with the aim from owners Liberty Media of making the sport more entertaining and consequently attract a wider audience. A few team principals of F1 teams have expressed their doubts whether these changes will have an impact on the quality of the racing.
