F1 chasing "array of options" if Silverstone is axed

Formula One is planning an "array of options" if Silverstone fail to agree a deal to stay on as a hosting track in the sport beyond 2019. The British circuit has activated a break clause in its contract; which means a new contract must be negotiated for the British Grand Prix to stay there from 2020. Sean Bratches dropped a major hint that Formula One races could be moving away from the iconic English track in the future. F1 chief Chase Carey has made it clear that Silverstone needs to justify its place on the calendar for 2020, but did not reveal if they were looking to move away from Great Britain or just move tracks on the island.
