Renault hopeful for strong Brazil race after strong Mexico showing

Renault is hoping to finish the 2018 season on a high note after being encouraged by their pace during the Mexico Grand Prix. Although Carlos Sainz failed to finish, teammate Nico Hulkenberg came home in sixth position. In the team's preview for the Brazilian Grand Prix, Renault managing director Cyril Abiteboul said he was excited by the prospect of another strong showing in São Paulo by the team and their focus would be around the power unit and race strategy similarly to how they had done so in Mexico. “Brazil has a great passion for motorsport and especially Formula 1,” said Abiteboul. “Many great racing names have come from Brazil, it has some...
