Hakkinen would only return to ‘kick some butt'

Mika Hakkinen reckons it would be 'quite possible' to return to racing but he would only do it if he could 'kick some butt.' The Finn retired from Formula 1 at the end of 2001, calling it quits after 11 seasons, 20 race wins and two World titles. He made a brief return to the Formula 1 race-track at Suzuka when he drove his 1998 title-winning McLaren in a demostration run. This raised some questions about whether the Flying Finn would be open to a return.
