Jean Todt: 'More than one' party interested in 2020-23 tyre supply
FIA President Jean Todt says that there is more than one company interested in becoming Formula 1’s sole tyre supplier for the 2020-23 period. The FIA opened a tender in July calling for parties interested in becoming Formula 1’s sole tyre supplier. Formula 1 has had just one company supplying rubber to all teams since Michelin withdrew at the end of 2006, with Pirelli replacing Bridgestone for the 2011 season.
