Ricciardo and Verstappen see opportunities at Hockenheim

Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen are hopeful of making a splash for Red Bull at the German grand Prix, despite Saturday not going in either's favour. Ricciardo came into the weekend knowing he would start Sunday's race last, while Max Verstappen could not make much of an impression, although he will qualify fourth. Lewis Hamilton's exit with a hydraulic issue opened up a spot on the second row for Verstappen, who was six tenths of a second down on Sebastian Vettel's pole time. Hamilton will start 14th, giving Ricciardo a target to chase as he makes his own way through the field. He told Sky Sports: "I'm now just thinking about the excitement I will have starting from the back....
