Lewis Hamilton's participation in Saturday's running at the Hockenheimring is reportedly in doubt with reports suggesting he is unwell. The British racer, chasing a fourth German GP win this weekend, arrived at the circuit in a subdued manner on Saturday morning. Rather than head down to the Mercedes garage, he remained in the motorhome and held his pre-final practice briefing there. This has led to speculation that the Brit is feeling under the weather and his participation in final practice and qualifying are in doubt. Should the four-time World Champion be declared unfit to run and Mercedes need a contigency plan, both Pascal Wehrlein and George Russell are at the track this weekend.
