Vettel: Ferrari updates allowed them to match Mercedes

Sebastian Vettel insists the updates that Ferrari applied to their cars at Silverstone was the difference that allowed the Italians to beat Mercedes. Throughout the season, Ferrari have been closing in on Mercedes, but they now seem to have the upper hand. As Mercedes did in Austria, Ferrari brought many upgrades to the British track.
