Buemi set to stay at e.dams despite conflict rumours
2015/16 Formula E champion Sebastien Buemi is expected to remain with e.dams next season despite rumours of a conflict between Nissan and Toyota, FormulaSpy has learned. Buemi was rumoured to be in a conflicted position for the 2018/19 season as Renault hand over its Formula E project to its sister company Nissan. As a factory Toyota driver in LMP1, it was expected that the clash of working with two Japanese manufacturers could prevent Buemi from racing with the e.dams team, despite already having a contract in place with the e.dams squad. e.dams boss Jean-Paul Driot admitted in Paris that potential changes in the driver line-up were on the cards for the 2018/19 season due to the switch to...
