Formula 1 heading in 'right direction' says Lamborghini boss Stefano Domenicali

Formula 1 is heading in the right direction with its new rules package according to Lamborghini CEO Stefano Domenicali – a former team boss at Ferrari. Domenicali took up his new role as the boss of the Italian supercar company in 2016 after he was hired by parent company Audi following his departure from F1, where he held the position of team principal at Ferrari between 2008 and 2014. Rumours of Volkswagen, Audi or Lamborghini – all of which come under the Volkswagen Automobile Group banner – entering the sport are well known and circulated on a yearly basis, however nothing has ever come of the rumours.
