Rosenqvist takes victory and championship lead in Marrakesh

Marrakesh ePrix – Felix Rosenqvist took victory in Marrakesh ahead of Sebastien Buemi to take the lead in the drivers' championship. Mahindra's Rosenqvist took his third Formula E win – his second in a row – after passing Buemi in the closing stages of the race. After starting the race third, the Swede was gifted second place part-way through the race after DS Virgin Racing's Sam Bird suffered a brief technical problem on the start/finish straight. Following the pit stop phase, Rosenqvist closed down a two second gap to Buemi and passed the season two champion with four laps to go with a dive on the inside of turn seven.
