Kvyat gets three-place drop, closer to race ban

– Daniil Kvyat has been given a three-place grid penalty for the Hungarian Grand Prix, after the stewards determined that he impeded Lance Stroll in qualifying.Williams rookie Stroll was on his final Q1 run when he approached the slow-moving Kvyat through Turn 11, shortly after the Toro Rosso driver had spun off.Stroll dropped out of the first qualifying phase in 17th, with the stewards subsequently looking into the incident, examining video, team radio messages and telemetry.Despite Kvyat's efforts to move out of the way when he saw Stroll, the stewards opted to give him a grid penalty, describing his driving as "exceptionally slow".He also picked up another penalty point,...
