Perez summoned over alleged rules breach

Sergio Perez has been summoned by the Australian Grand Prix stewards over a possible breach of regulations during qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix. According to the FIA, the Force India driver exceeded the maximum time set by race direction between the safety car lines at the end of qualifying. The ruling body said it was an alleged breach of article 27.4 of the sporting rules. The article states that "at no time may a car be driven unnecessarily slowly, erratically or in a manner which could be deemed potentially dangerous to other drivers or any other person."
