Paddy Lowe signing 'a game changer' for Williams

Claire Williams says the arrival of Paddy Lowe as chief technical officer of the Williams team is “a game changer”. Lowe moves to Williams after a successful stint as executive director (technical) at Mercedes, winning three drivers’ and constructors’ titles with the team. He started his career at Williams back in 1987 before a long spell at McLaren, before joining Mercedes in 2013. He left the team at the end of 2016.
