Lowe signing a ‘game-changer' says Williams

Williams have confirmed Paddy Lowe as their new Chief Technical Officer, hailing his arrival as a 'game changer.' After months of speculation, Lowe's arrival at Williams was finally confirmed on Thursday. The 54-year-old Brit, who left Mercedes after a third successive championship double in 2016, joins Williams as the Chief Technical Officer while also becoming a shareholder and joining the Board of Directors.
