Massa: Fan response instrumental in return

– Felipe Massa says the response from Formula 1 fans, once it became clear he could continue in the sport this season, played a factor in his decision to sign a one-year deal with Williams.Massa initially announced his Formula 1 retirement at last year's Italian Grand Prix, with Williams going on to announce a 2017 partnership of Valtteri Bottas and Lance Stroll.However, Nico Rosberg's shock retirement as World Champion opened a vacancy at Mercedes, with the manufacturer ultimately pinpointing Bottas as the ideal replacement.Bottas' move to Mercedes left an opening alongside Stroll, with Massa coming out of his short-lived retirement to continue competing for Williams."I think...
