Teenager Lance Stroll joins Bottas at Williams for 2017

Canadian teenager Lance Stroll, who turned 18 on October 29, will make his Formula One debut next season with Williams, the team announced on Thursday. Stroll, a member of the Williams Young Driver Programme, will be Valtteri Bottas' third teammate since the Finn joined the team in 2013 after Pastor Maldonado and the outgoing Felipe Massa. 'Valtteri remains a valuable asset to the team and will help lead the team through the big regulations changes that will be introduced in 2017,' Williams said in a statement.
