Bahrain Grand Prix – Fernando Alonso will run a new power unit in his McLaren at next weekend's Bahrain GP. Alonso was involved in a heavy crash at last weekend's Australian Grand Prix, which saw the Spaniard go through a terrifying sequence of rolls before coming to a stop upside down. The race required a red flag period due to the amount of debris on circuit and the requirement to remove his car and the other involved car, the Haas of Esteban Gutierrez. Alonso's MP4/31 was catastrophically damaged.
