Verstappen compares recovery race to 2016: 'Then I had nothing to lose'

Max Verstappen completed an impressive drive during the 2024 Brazilian Grand Prix, by winning the race from 17th on the grid. A driver has only won a race from 17th or lower on the grid five times in the history of the sport. Verstappen has compared his win to a previous recovery drive in Brazil. Namely, 2016 when Verstappen started from 16th to finish on the podium.
