Stoffel Vandoorne set to perform tyre test with Pirelli
Formula E driver and Aston Martin's reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne will return to Formula One action as the Belgian is set to perform a tyre test with the AMR24. Aston Martin have announced that their test and reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne will get his first taste of the AMR24 in a two-day Pirelli tyre test following the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix. The 32-year-old, who resides in both Monte Carlo (Monaco) and Roeselare (Belgium), will get behind the wheel of Aston Martin's current F1 car, the AMR24 on Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 July at the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
