Mercedes reveals moment it realised Russell's potential

Article To news overview © XPBimages Mercedes Trackside Engineering Director Andrew Shovlin has revealed when the team realised George Russell’s potential. Russell originally joined forces with Mercedes in 2017, prior to his title-winning GP3 campaign. The Briton rose through the junior ranks with support from the Brackley-based squad before making his F1 debut in 2019 with Williams as reigning F2 champion.
