Max Verstappen won't retire before 2028

Ex-Formula 1 driver Timo Glock believes only 'technical issues' can stop Max Verstappen from cruising to a third consecutive title, with it currently being 'really difficult' to defeat the reigning World Champion. Verstappen cruised to his second victory at the Monaco Grand Prix last weekend to secure his 39th career win, moving him one clear of Sebastian Vettel's 38 wins for Red Bull. It means the two-time World Champion has now won more races for Red Bull than any previous driver of the Milton Keynes-based team, with his attention perhaps having now switched to eclipsing Vettel's five world titles for the Austrians.
