Vasseur: Harsh to say Ferrari had no pace at Monaco

Ferrari boss Fred Vasseur rejected 'harsh' criticism of his Formula 1 team's Monaco Grand Prix pace, while apologising to Charles Leclerc for a mistake that cost him a likely first home podium.
