Daniel Ricciardo provides good news for fans on returning in 2024

Red Bull development driver Daniel Ricciardo is still determined to return to the Formula 1 grid next season, with the Australian having revealed that he feels 'more refreshed' following his hiatus from the sport. Ricciardo opted to take a year away from racing as a result of his 'difficult' spell at McLaren, which ended with his contract being terminated for 2023. Based on the performances already by Ricciardo's replacement Oscar Piastri, it does appear that the 33-year-old and McLaren made the right decision, with Piastri already pushing team-mate Lando Norris.
