Russell: Mercedes prepared to 'not learn anything' in Monaco
Article To news overview © XPBimages George Russell has cast doubt on Mercedes being able to take any significant learnings from their upgrade package brought to the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. The cancellation of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix means that Mercedes have opted to introduce wholesale car updates to Monaco instead. The highly-anticipated updates include a move away from their infamous 'zero sidepod' bodywork design, along with front suspension modifications. Given the quirky nature of the Circuit de Monaco, Mercedes would have been forgiven for delaying their updates to the next conventional race venue in Barcelona.
