Billionaire businessman Sir Jim Ratcliffe says he wants to buy ailing soccer team Manchester United. Ratcliffe already owns French team Nice and Swiss squad FC Lausanne-Sport. He's also the chief executive officer of global chemical business INEOS, which owns 33 percent of Mercedes F1 with the rest split between Mercedes-Benz owner Daimler AG and Toto Wolff.
