Bottas in a ‘happy place’ at Alfa Romeo Sauber

Valtteri Bottas Valtteri Bottas has said he’s “in a happy place” following his move to Alfa Romeo Sauber for the 2022 Formula 1 season. The Finn joined the Ferrari-powered outfit after a five-year stint with Mercedes, helping the squad to the constructors’ championship in every year of his tenure. In that time he won 10 grands prix but was otherwise second-fiddle to Lewis Hamilton at the all-conquering operation.
