After struggling in recent races, Esteban Ocon is going to have a new chassis, along with other changes to his car, for the British GP. Few drivers had a poorer triple-header than the Frenchman, with him failing to score a single point in any of the three races. Throughout the period, he spoke of having some issues with his machinery that his Alpine team were struggling to get to the bottom of. They have still yet to do so, and so are making a number of changes to the car for the race at Silverstone in the hopes of fixing things and getting him back to his early-season level.
