‘Many drivers would like to come back' to Mugello

After their first taste of Mugello in a Formula 1 car, there is widespread support for the track to return to the calendar in future. The old-school, high speed circuit is one of the all-time classic venues and has helped form part of the revised 2020 schedule after the original calendar was hit by delays and cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There was a fear amongst the paddock that qualifying would be the only entertaining element of the weekend, but the race did deliver with two red flags contributing to a chaotic Sunday afternoon.
