Binotto admits worries ahead of 2020 F1 season: 'Car not competitive enough'

Ferrari, unlike last year during Formula 1 winter testing in Barcelona, have not made an impression. The car is fast at certain points, but it is also clear that other teams are faster and the midfield teams are closer. Team boss Mattia Binotto says that they still have some work to do.
