Romain Grosjean: “Too early to say” if 2020 tyres should be used over 2019’s
Haas F1’s Romain Grosjean believes it is still “too early to say” whether Pirelli’s 2020 or 2019 tyres should be used for the next season after testing in Abu Dhabi brought some “positives and negatives”. The Frenchman compiled 146 laps of the Yas Marina Circuit as Pirelli aim to determine whether their proposed compound for Formula 1 next year should be used or not following negative feedback from previous tests.
