Zandvoort work on schedule as construction work continues

Zandvoort has issued an update regarding the ongoing construction at the circuit ahead of the Dutch Grand Prix next May. Formula 1 returns to Netherlands next May, when it visits Zandvoort for the first time since 1985. However, with the sinewy circuit being quite narrow, extensive work is being carried out to update the track and facilities to bring in line with modern Formula 1 requirements. On Monday, the engineering company in charge of the construction VolkerWessels issued an update on the current status of the Zandvoort circuit.
