Ross Brawn wants to avoid a situation where new rules get completely blocked

Formula One motorsport director Ross Brawn feels that the sport shouldn't allow rule changes to be blocked by teams in the future. There were plans to introduce a reverse-grid in 2020 but two teams blocked the proposal. “When the new governance comes in, that will take over and allow the development of the rules as they are now,” Brawn told RaceFans.net.
