Horner: 'No one will be completely satisfied with the new rules'

The deadline for the 2021 rules and regulation overhaul is approaching fast. These negotiations have been linked to Brexit on a number of occasions and coincidently, we'll hear the final set of rules and regulations for 2021 on 31st October. Scary stuff.  Cyril Abiteboul, boss of Renault, points out that the fact that the deadline has moved a number of times already and it'll be bad if there's' further delay as the teams need the time to prepare.  "We have to move forward as Formula 1, so we can no longer stretch it. If we are going to stretch it now, then the sport will be endangered and nothing will be thwarted anymore. Everyone must now use common sense, because...
