Mattia Binotto has insisted that Sebastian Vettel is fully committed to Ferrari and Formula 1, as speculation surrounding the German's future continues to swirl around the sport. Four-time World Champion Vettel has had a difficult season with Ferrari, failing to win a single race this season and his place as the team's first driver is under question given Charles Leclerc's impressive form. Vettel has also been embroiled in several controversial moments this season, being given a time penalty in Canada and wiping Max Verstappen out at the British Grand Prix to name a few.
