Binotto isn't blaming Vettel for mistakes made this year

Sebastian Vettel would have expected to be in the fight for the 2019 Formula 1 world championship, but his Ferrari car hasn't been up to scratch. The German is also under pressure from his teammate Charles Leclerc who has almost won two races.  Team boss Mattia Binotto continues to defend Vettel for his mistakes made during the 2019 season.
